1. Should I open an online store?
   If you are reading this, you're probably half-sold on the idea of extending your business online. Online sales in the year 2000 will total at least $8 billion-and that's a conservative estimate As more people worldwide gain access to Internet, ecommerce and online shopping will become second nature to consumers and businesses alike. 2. What software do I need to get started?
   You don't need anything other than the browser you are using to view this page. If you know how to point and click, you are well-equipped to begin.

3. Do I need to know HTML to build my store?
   No, you don't. The bundled shopping carts are also store building tools. You don't need to know any HTML or programming.

4. How long will it take for my store go online?
   Once you place your order online with a credit card, you can start building your store within 24 to 78 hours. The determining factor is the activation of your domain name. If your domain name is new, you can generally start within 24 to 48 hours. If you are transferring your domain name, expect to start within an average of 48 to 72 hours. Once you get started, you can be done in less than an hour if you have fewer than 20 products. The time varies from a few hours to several days. Most of our customers report spending one weekend day to prepare for going online.

5. Is there a minimum time commitment to sign-up?
   No, there isn't. You are on a monthly billing schedule or you can chose to be billed yearly and receive a rate discount.

6. Will my store be registered with search engines?
   Yes. Once your account with us is activated, you will receive a link to the search engine submission page where you can register your domain name with the major search engines.

7. What do I need to sign-up for your service?
   You need an Internet connection and a valid email address (so that we can send you the account information). If you are paying by credit card, you should have either Visa, MasterCard, or Amex ready. You can also choose to pay by check. Then you need to decide on your domain name if you are registering a new domain name.

8. Will transactions be secure?
   All transactions on your online store will be encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Any shopper using a browser supporting the SSL protocol can shop with confidence. Almost all browsers nowadays support SSL.
